Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM. This excludes weekend days and Holidays. Our team will process your order within 48 hours, we then hand it over to our nominated carriers.

Any courier delays are fully beyond our control here at Beauty with Initial and may affect your orders arrival time over this busy period.

How can I track the status of my order?

We track every order. We'll send you the tracking number of your order.

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from different locations depending on where the order is being routed to.

We provide shipping services to the United Arab Emirates, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, New Zealand and Australia.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we start processing your order as soon as it's placed. We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are made. If you no longer require your order, please submit a return request following our returns policy.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once you have placed this however if you email us at info@beautywithinitial.com with your order number, one of our team will be able to advise the best next steps to take.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping over 500AED.

Returns

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that your order has arrived damaged. Please email us on info@beautywithinitial.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. One of our team will be happy to help!

Please ensure that you contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if you have experienced any order issues. After this time, we may not be able to assist you further.

I have received the incorrect item, what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that you were sent the incorrect item. We’d love to sort this for you! Please email us on info@beautywithinitial.com with your order number and a photo of what you have received. One of our team will be happy to help!

What is your returns policy?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Beauty with Initial reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our Contact Us.

International Orders

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

We cover most duties and taxes to the UAE.

For any other countries outside of the UAE you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
